Justice has been served. Benjamin Taylor, the man accused of sexually assaulting a 10-month old baby girl, was charged with first degree murder on Oct. 6. Emmaleigh Barringer tragically died from injuries related to the attack just one day prior. See the court docs, here. Hearts all over the world are breaking as little Baby girl Emmaleigh Barringer was just 10-months old when her mother’s boyfriend, Benjamin Taylor, 32, sexually assaulted her. Benjamin was not Emmaleigh’s biological father discover but was considered a caretaker by the victim’s mother. Emmaleigh died in the hospital on Oct. 5, after suffering from extensive bleeding, and the complaint also mentions that there was striking or shaking of the baby’s face.
