Moments after Paris cops responded
to the Kim Kardashian robbery scene, someone recorded video inside her
apartment and whoever shot the footage is in big trouble.
The video shows Kim on a couch,
wrapped in blanket while FaceTiming with someone. Police are combing the luxury
pad for evidence ... apparently unaware that someone in the apartment is
shooting video, which would be a major violation of French privacy laws.
Kim's legal team is now working with
French authorities to determine who was behind the camera. The issue is, in
France it is illegal to film someone in a private setting without their
consent. We're told police believe this video fits that description.
The video was posted on websites
this week, but Kim's legal team shut it down immediately by sternly reminding
the outlets the footage is illegal.
If Kim or others who were present
can finger the camera operator, and cops locate the culprit ... he or she could
face a year in prison and be fined the equivalent of about $50k.

Thai King Bhumibol Adulyadej dies at 88
Thailand's King Bhumibol Adulyadej,
a revered and unifying figure who embodied the nation in his 70-year reign, has
died aged 88.
The announcement came in a statement
from the Royal Palace read on state TV Thursday, and followed a days-long
outpouring of support since the king was hospitalized. He underwent medical
procedures over the weekend.
The king died at 3:52 p.m. local
time and passed away in a "peaceful manner," the Royal Palace said.
King Bhumibol ascended to the throne
70 years ago, making him the world's longest-reigning living monarch, before
his death.

21 Chibok Girls Released By Boko Haram
Boko Haram militants handed over 21
missing Chibok schoolgirls to Nigerian officials Thursday morning as part of a
deal brokered by the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Swiss
government, Nigeria's government said.
The girls are being taken to the
northeastern city of Maiduguri, where they will meet with the governor of Borno
state, officials in the state said. The girls were not immediately named.
The 21 are said to be among the 276
girls that Boko Haram militants herded from bed in the middle of the night at a
school in northern Nigeria in April 2014 -- a kidnapping that spurred global
outrage.
